CHLP Realty Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) Compliance & Training Program At CHLP Realty & Development Corp., we uphold the highest ethical standards in every real estate transaction. As part of our commitment to integrity and transparency, CHLP Realty conducts regular Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) Training Sessions for all licensed and accredited Real Estate Salespersons, in full compliance with: Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended), and Republic Act No. 9646 (Real Estate Service Act of 2009). AMLA Training Overview Each training session ensures that all CHLP Realty personnel: Understand the legal basis and requirements under the AMLA and RESA Law. Recognize and report Covered Transactions (₱7.5M and above in cash). Identify and handle Suspicious Transactions (STR) properly. Reporting and Escalation Salespersons are required to report all suspicious activities to their Supervising Broker immediately. Continuing Education and Compliance AMLA refresher courses and compliance seminars are conducted periodically to ensure all CHLP Realty salespersons remain informed about new regulations and updates from the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and DHSUD.
