Understanding Circumferential Road 6 (C-6)
Circumferential Road 6, or C‑6, will be the largest circumferential road encircling Metro Manila once finished. It’s designed to connect northern, eastern, and southern provinces—Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Metro Manila—offering a faster route bypassing the city core.

Route Overview: Route & Phases of Circumferential Road 6 or C‑6
Phase 1:
Runs from Taguig (Bicutan area) to San Mateo, Rizal (Batasan Complex), forming the current operational connection.

Phase 2:
Extends the road from Bulacan, through Rizal, down to Cavite—traversing Marilao, San Jose del Monte (Bulacan); Rodriguez, Antipolo, Taytay (Rizal); and Bacoor, Imus, Kawit, Noveleta (Cavite)—linking NLEX in the north and SLEX in the south.

A segment known as the SEMME (Skyway Stage 4) is currently under construction—a 32.6 km tolled expressway from Arca South (Taguig) to Quezon City’s Batasan, ultimately set to reach Bulacan.

Toll Rates (Classes)
The toll rates for vehicles traveling along the expressway will be categorized into the following:
North of Laguna de Bay (Marilao-Taytay)
South of Laguna de Bay (Taguig-Cavite City)
The toll rates are yet to be determined (TBA) for all classes of vehicles.

Benefits for Provinces & Metro Manila: Circumferential Road 6 (C6)
Eased Traffic:
C‑6 will relieve congestion on EDSA, C‑5, Ortigas Ave, and surrounding corridors by offering an alternate beltway.
Improved Regional Access:
Taguig, Pasig, Rizal towns, Bulacan, and Cavite will all have better connectivity—boosting trade, commuting, and regional integration.
Time Savings:
Travel from Bicutan to Batasan may drop from over an hour to roughly 35 minutes.
Development Catalyst:
Expect growth in transport-linked towns—creating opportunities for housing, businesses, and logistics.
Flood Control & Design:
The Taguig section also functions as a dike with flood protection, raised roadway, and six-lane carriageway to handle high traffic capacity.

As the outermost beltway, Circumferential Road 6 (C‑6) will be a game-changer in Metro Manila’s road network—uniting Bulacan, Rizal, Metro Manila, and Cavite in one continuous, high-capacity loop.
Once completed, it offers major benefits: from decongesting main arteries to accelerating inter-provincial connectivity and growth.
